Probably the best mental health blog I've read. A refreshingly candid and extremely well-written account of psychotherapy and life with complex PTSD, borderline personality disorder, major depression and social anxiety. The author writes on these conditions, what she believes gave rise to them, on therapy and psychiatry and even on occasion she debates philosophical issues of mental illness. Direct, dark but extremely witty, this is a must-read, not just for anyone affected by mental health issues, but for anyone who enjoys engaging writing.
